BSE Refund Policy

General Policy

At Broad Spectrum Education (BSE), we strive to provide the highest quality educational services to our scholars. Due to the personalized nature of our programs, we generally do not offer refunds once a scholar is enrolled and payment has been made. This policy helps us maintain our commitment to delivering consistent, uninterrupted support to all of our students.

Program Pause and Resumption

In the event that a scholar is unable to complete a significant number of sessions within a term, BSE allows the scholar to pause their program. The scholar may resume and complete the remaining sessions at a later date when they are ready to continue. This flexibility ensures that the scholar can benefit fully from our programs when circumstances are more favorable.

Extenuating Circumstances and Partial Refunds

We understand that there may be extenuating circumstances that prevent a scholar from continuing their program. In such cases, parents/guardians may request a partial refund. These requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis and are subject to the approval of the BSE Executive Committee.

To apply for a partial refund due to extenuating circumstances, please follow these steps:

1. Submit a Written Request: Provide a detailed explanation of the circumstances that prevent the scholar from continuing the program. Include any relevant documentation to support your request.
2. Review Process:The request will be reviewed by the BSE Executive Committee. The review process may take up to 30 days from the date of submission.
3. Decision Notification: You will be notified in writing of the committee's decision. If approved, the partial refund will be processed within 15 business days following the decision.
