BSE Terms & Conditions of Service

Welcome to Broad Spectrum Education (BSE). We are committed to providing high-quality educational services to students on the neurodivergent spectrum. By enrolling your child in our programs, you agree to abide by the following Terms and Conditions of Service. 

Please read this agreement carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By signing this agreement, you ("Parent/Guardian") acknowledge and agree to the Terms and Conditions set forth herein. This agreement constitutes a binding contract between you and Broad Spectrum Education, Inc. ("BSE").

2. Services Provided

BSE offers a range of educational programs designed to support the academic and cognitive development of neurodivergent students. These services include, but are not limited to, mindful academic counseling, executive function skills training, career counseling, and emotional regulation techniques.

3. Enrollment and Participation

3.1 Eligibility:Enrollment in BSE programs is open to students who meet our eligibility criteria. BSE reserves the right to determine the eligibility of students.

3.2 Participation: Parents/Guardians agree to ensure that their child participates fully in the selected program(s) and adheres to the guidelines and instructions provided by BSE educators and staff.

4. Payment Terms

4.1 Fees: Program fees are outlined in the enrollment materials. Payment plans may be available upon request.

4.2 Payment Schedule: Payment is due according to the schedule provided at the time of enrollment. Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension or termination of services.

4.3 Refunds: Refunds are subject to the BSE refund policy.

5. Privacy and Confidentiality

5.1 Student Information:BSE collects and maintains personal information about students to provide educational services. This information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which complies with New York State laws and regulations.

5.2 Confidentiality: All personal information and educational records are kept confidential and are only shared with authorized BSE staff and educators. We will not disclose any personal information to third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

6. Liability and Disclaimer

6.1 Liability Waiver: By signing this agreement, you acknowledge that participation in BSE programs may involve certain risks. You agree to release and hold harmless BSE, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims or liabilities arising from your child’s participation in BSE programs.

6.2 Educational Therapy Disclaimer: BSE provides educational therapy, which is not classified as a health care service or mental health therapy. Educational therapy is a form of mindful academic counseling and should not be considered a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

7. Code of Conduct

7.1 Student Conduct: Students are expected to behave respectfully and comply with BSE’s code of conduct. Disruptive behavior may result in suspension or termination of services.

7.2 Parent/Guardian Conduct: Parents/Guardians are expected to communicate respectfully with BSE staff and adhere to all policies and procedures.

8. Termination of Services

BSE reserves the right to terminate services if the terms of this agreement are violated. Reasons for termination include, but are not limited to, non-payment of fees, failure to comply with program guidelines, or disruptive behavior.

9. Amendments to Terms

BSE reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Notice of any changes will be provided to you, and continued participation in BSE programs constitutes acceptance of the amended terms.

10. Governing Law

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York. Any disputes arising under this agreement shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in New York.

By typing your first and last name here, you acknowledge that this action serves as your official signature. This electronic signature holds the same legal weight and validity as a handwritten signature on the BSE Terms & Conditions of Service.
